STARTUP SAAS Click & Collect

Mission background

JePrécommande is a start-up imagined and created by Arthur Pain and myself, both computer engineers and sons of shopkeepers. Freshly launched in 2020, JePrécommande is a solution imagined to revitalize the local business.

Within the project I was ceo, cto and po, being a startup I had many hats over the year of the launch of the solution. The team I had the chance to guide was composed of 2 fullstack developers, a community manager and myself.

► The challenge was to offer a simple & intuitive dematerialized Click & Collect solution to local businesses.

Roles, actions taken and objectives achieved

• Management of a team of 2 fullstack developers, a community manager and myself.
• Definition & Integration of the business model in Stripe (monthly subscriptions)
• Design, Integration & Features of all pages in Angular 11 (SEO, BackOffice, etc...)
• Writing of user and technical manuals.
• Implementation of a continuous integration and deployment environment under Azure Devops
• Definition and integration of customer and consumer paths in Google Analytics
• Access administration, news, catalog management, complex product creation, mailings, check-in, user engagement features
• Secure transactions under OAuth2
• Prospecting & Acquisition of new customers
